Plum: a diet classic

Plums are low in calories, around 30 kcal per 100 g, despite their sweetness. The pectin and fibre in the flesh and skin are great for digestion.

How our harvest grows

  1. 01

    The tree

Italian-variety saplings were planted in 2012 and are grown to European agronomy standards.

  2. 02

    Blossom

In spring the orchard bursts into blossom. Drip irrigation gives every tree exactly the water it needs.

  3. 03

    Ripening

The young fruit fills with juice and colour under the Sughd valley sun.

  4. 04

    Harvest

Season: August–September. The fruit ships under the JIKO brand at home and abroad.
